Fourteen years ago, United Way's first Women's Leadership event united dedicated, compassionate women in Greater Boston and the Merrimack Valley around the cause of inspiring and supporting young girls.
The new UW's Women's Initiative builds on this powerful foundation. Through the Women's Initiative, female leaders throughout the region are becoming actively involved in the full spectrum of United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley's work: Healthy Child Development, Youth Opportunities, Employment and Housing.
Together, we can do more than any one of us can alone. We invite you to join with other women leaders and United Way to create a brighter future for children and families in our region.We welcome your involvement and would be delighted to hear your thoughts on how we can continue to strengthen and grow the powerful voice of women in philanthropy.
